Frequently Asked Questions

“Where can I download the app?“

At the moment, our app is still in development and hasn't been published publicly. Once we are ready and sure of a quality standard, we will publish our app on Google PlayStore and Apple AppStore.

“Where is it available?“

We are aiming to cover Europe at first. Main destinations that will be ready in the first months will be UK, focus on England, as well as Netherlands with Amsterdam area as our first Europe destination.

“Which currency do you accept?“

We accept Euro (€) and Pound (£) only. In the future, we will look at accepting other currencies.

“When can we start using it?“

As much as we would love to tell you when you can use our services, it is very hard for us with the current business climate to commit on a date. We are hopping to get rolling in the beginning on 2021. If you would like to hear about our progress, you can follow us on Twitter, @onego_app

“Are you taking investments?“
